PENDULUM SQUAT

A fully commercial plate-loaded pendulum squat designed for controlled, high-performance lower-body training. The oversized dynamic foot platform provides stable support and an extended range of motion, while its non-skid surface helps maintain secure foot positioning throughout the exercise.

The platform offers four angle positions from 35° to 50°, allowing users to adjust their setup for different hip and leg training requirements. An integrated counterbalance system helps reduce the starting resistance to 24 kg, while the 3-position safety stopper accommodates different user sizes and starting positions. Built for intensive commercial environments, the IS-12 combines adjustable training geometry, stable positioning, and controlled loading in a dedicated squat station.
