A fully commercial self-aligning Smith machine designed for versatile strength training with an adaptable bar path. The self-aligning Smith bar can be configured at 0° or 7°, allowing the machine setup to accommodate different training requirements and movement preferences.
The system provides 12 hook positions to accommodate different user heights and exercise starting positions, while an optional counterbalance can reduce the bar’s starting resistance. With a 300 kg maximum load, the IS-20 combines adjustable bar geometry, flexible positioning, and heavy-duty commercial performance for a wide range of Smith machine exercises.
