HIP THRUST

The Hip Thrust PR-18 is designed for hip thrust training, with an oversized foot platform that provides stable support and allows for different foot positions and training requirements.

The adjustable roller height accommodates different users, while the self-aligning foam roller provides support during movement and facilitates easier entry and exit. The non-skid foot platform helps maintain a stable position throughout the exercise.

The machine comes with a 100 kg standard weight stack, with 80 kg and 120 kg options available.
