A fully commercial plate-loaded high row designed for controlled upper-back training with independent movement on each side. The independent arms follow a diverging movement path, supporting balanced strength development and allowing both unilateral and bilateral training.

Freestyle hand grips accommodate different user sizes and provide greater freedom in hand positioning, while the adjustable seat, knee support, and chest pad create a stable and comfortable training position. Four integrated weight-storage horns provide convenient plate organization.
