The Assisted Chin / Dip PR-11 is a selectorized machine designed for assisted pull-ups and dips, supporting upper-body training with adjustable assistance.

The multi-position pull-up and dip grips provide different grip options for exercise variety. A foldable knee pad allows the machine to be used either with weight-assisted support or for bodyweight exercises without assistance. Dual steps provide convenient entry and exit.

The machine comes with a 100 kg standard weight stack, with 80 kg and 120 kg options available.
